Privacy policy: what we collect and why
A plain explanation of the data we ask for when you enquire or book, and how long we hold it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the dates you need the car and the model you're interested in. That's enough for us to check availability and put together a written offer with an exact price.
If you go ahead and book, we need more: your driving licence details to confirm you meet the age-23-plus, three-years-held requirement, and payment details to place the card-held deposit. We also note your delivery address to arrange handover at the airport, port, hotel or villa.
All of this is used for one purpose: to arrange your rental, confirm the deposit and insurance terms, and deliver the vehicle to the right place at the right time. We don't use it for anything beyond running the booking and keeping our accounts straight.
Sharing your data
We don't sell or rent out personal data. The only outside party involved is the card provider that places and releases the deposit hold; your card details pass through their systems, not ours.
